Job Description:
As a Staff Writer, you will cover breaking news, feature stories, and in-depth investigative pieces across a wide range of topics, from politics to lifestyle. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality articles that engage, inform, and resonate with our audience.

Responsibilities:

• Write 3-5 original news articles daily, including both hard news and features

• Conduct interviews and research for articles

• Collaborate with editors to refine articles and adhere to NewsFlash's editorial standards

• Stay up-to-date with current events and trends relevant to your beat

• Meet tight deadlines and produce content in a fast-paced newsroom environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field

• Minimum of 2 years of professional writing experience

• Strong research, interviewing, and fact-checking skills

• Exceptional command of the English language and AP style

• Ability to handle multiple stories at once and work under pressure
